1. What cookies are

Storing information on your device and accessing it is governed by Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 297/2025 Coll.: it is allowed only with your demonstrable consent under the GDPR. Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection also apply.
